The Fourth Olympic Games for Top Talents will be held in East Azerbaijan from August 20 to September 10 with the participation of more than three thousand athletes from all over the country.
According to the news agency Sedavasima; East Azerbaijan Center Jalil Abslan, secretary of the headquarters of the fourth session for the best talents of the province, in his explanation of this news, said: The fourth edition of the Senior Talents Olympiad will be held simultaneously with the entire Olympiad. From August 20 to September 10 this year, it is hosted by East Azerbaijan.
He added: This Olympics will be held for age groups from 12 to 16 years old, and East Azerbaijan Province will host 7 disciplines in the men’s section, including boxing, taekwondo, hockey, triathlon, rock climbing, shooting and cycling.
Abslan announced the holding of 6 disciplines in the girls’ section and said: In the girls’ section, taekwondo, hockey, triathlon, rock climbing, shooting and cycling competitions will follow, and this province will host a basketball team consisting of 5 people. It will also be in student sports.
And the secretary of the headquarters of the Fourth Olympiad for the best talents of the province stated: These competitions will be followed throughout the country with the presence of 8 thousand athletes, of whom East Azerbaijan hosts 3 thousand athletes.
In the third edition of the Olympiad for the best talents of the country, the province of East Azerbaijan managed to get the fourth place in this competition.
