In all these years that Gargian is officially held in Khuzestan and especially in Ahvaz, the cultural heritage of Khuzestan has had no participation in establishing or perpetuating these spiritual rituals among the people, and most of the Gargian celebrations are organized by the people, cultural activists and cultural agent of the Capital Municipality, and it has been held Ahwaz.
