The head of the Youth Organization of the Red Crescent announced the readiness of Sahar teams (psychological support ambassadors) with the aim of providing psychological first aid and creating a child-friendly environment for those affected by the earthquake in Turkey.

Referring to the proficiency of Sahar team members in English, Arabic, Turkish and Kurdish languages, he added: Sahar teams (psychological support ambassadors) provide psychological and social support (MHPSS) and provide health and treatment (physical and mental) to emergency victims from all over the country ready to provide services in Turkey to those affected from the earthquake.
