The Director of Education in the city of Al-Naqda announced the poisoning of a number of female students of Muhammadyar Secondary School with Al-Naqdah.
Mukhtar Nemati, head of the Naqda Education Department, announced that a number of female students had been poisoned at Muhammadyar Naqda High School, and said, “Today, a number of female students were poisoned because of the foul odor that emanated from the school.”
And he continued, “According to the female students, an unpleasant smell such as burning tires appeared in the girls’ school, and after noticing this smell, the female students suffered from nausea, headaches, and stomach pains.”
Nemati said: After this incident, school officials called the medical centers and sent an ambulance to take the students to the school and take them to Imam Khomeini Hospital in Naqda.
The Director of Naqda Education said: After sending the students, the necessary preparations and care were taken for the students, and they were discharged from the hospital after their condition improved.
The official indicated that the procedures necessary to investigate the causes of the case are being investigated through the judicial authorities and police forces.
