With this decision, a “Fiber Optic Network Development Account” will be established with an initial capital of one thousand billion tomans, which marks a turning point in financing the National Optical Fiber Plan for homes and businesses. With the implementation of this project and other measures, the way will be paved for the creation of 10 million caps by the end of the year.
