Yesterday morning, a cleric was attacked and injured by an unknown person with a cold weapon while leaving the Tehran metro station. This 41-year-old cleric, the son of a martyr and father of four, was beaten by an unknown person while leaving the Rudaki subway yesterday morning, and was taken to Imam Khomeini Hospital with the help of people who witnessed the incident.

One of the cleric’s friends said, “Yesterday morning, Mr. Jaber Rezaei saw a person in the subway car who was looking at him angrily, and after leaving the train he realized that the same person was chasing him.” When he leaves Rudaki subway station and enters the street, he feels the right side of his neck warm and at the same time sees the same unknown person running away. It turned out that an unknown person took advantage of the crowded exit of the metro station and pulled the cutter blade on Mr. Rezaei’s neck.
