Cyberspace emerges with such influences. The dangerous scourge of cyberspace, which is being hacked globally, has spread the illusion of perfection and superiority. Cyberspace, with all its good features and its development in improving the standard of human life, because it follows certain motives behind it, has become like a polluted vessel, if it contains honey, it will cause corruption, destruction and disease. It is clear and rational to adjust the way of governance according to regional requirements (just as Europe is pursuing the idea of the Internet of Trust with the new administration).
In cyber governance, governance belongs to a concept called cyber (of course, cyber governance is different from cyber governance, but it seems that governance has become electronic). The concept of the Internet, despite its simplicity and common understanding, has unknown dimensions and scope. In our country, cyberspace is equivalent to the concept of virtual space. The writer’s idea of cyberspace is a more accurate and profound concept than the concepts of cyberspace and virtual space. In the past few years, there have been various discussions about the legality and virtualization of cyberspace and its realism. Of course, perhaps with the slightest familiarity with the scope of the Internet, such marginal and non-resolving discussions of cyber issues would not have taken shape. The phenomenon that the author refers to as the Internet is a new world being revealed. The emerging world is not the same as the worlds mentioned by the Elders, but rather a new form of life that humanity has not experienced. This new world contrasts with the familiar world that humanity has lived in for years since the revelation of the Prophet Adam, peace and blessings be upon him. The agricultural revolution, the industrial revolution, and technological developments like this have always changed a part of our perceived world, for example, a car is designed with physical laws, a power plant produces electricity, oil has been extracted and refined, a ship has been submerged in water, and an airplane has flown in the sky, but now in the world of New Internet, it is possible to craft artifacts and sensations based on the rules of the fantasy world. This is a profound transformation of the emerging world that goes beyond simple definitions of cyberspace or virtual space.
Now this cyberspace is not devoid of direction. The change of identity and cultures with cyberspace is clearly visible. Cyberspace and the cyberworld is not only a field of technology expanded into the human social space, but also a field of knowledge and social in nature. The knowledge war and the change of religious and national identity with cyberspace cannot be denied. This change lies in the appeal of technology, novelty, digital business, trust in social networks, and so on. In the total cyberspace, two trends can be seen (1) the strategic aristocracy of the United States and mega-corporations and (2) the globalization of the Western lifestyle. One of the themes of power in cyberspace is the overall aristocracy. With the help of the vast flow of personal, social, national and national cyberspace information that is transferred between different network adapters, Internet services and big data analytics technologies – big data analytics – all cyber industry owners and governments towards collection, analysis and aristocracy have led to cyber societies and states and modern colonialism. In fact, the engineering of thought and management, which leads to the cultural, economic and political engineering, is being realized by the big corporations and America, which in one way or another owns the infrastructure and includes global services. On the other hand, the way of life in the modern West, which is descended from Western civilization with its own economic and cultural approaches, is being globalized due to the attraction of technology. This realization lies not only in the content spread online but also in the form of relationships. In fact, it is materiality and form achieved in line with the capabilities and motivations of the creator and the creation of a service. In the online world, hard and soft electronic power is associated with building a lifestyle.
The real world of the Internet is in front of us. We are in a period of transition and transformation. If we properly understand this technological and historical transformation and form the appropriate relations between technology and the Islamic system, we will create a good life in the bed of this newly emerging world, which could be the bed of the new Islamic civilization. Cyber governance should not be reduced to a featureless technological governance, nor should great importance be given to coordinating and minimizing its intellectual and cultural system and frameworks with cyber development. Cyber is a reality that must be recreated and transmitted based on the strength of the country’s internal structure with efficient and effective governance.
